Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an autonomous clinician for our urgent community response service. The role focuses on rapid in-home assessment and interventions to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, with scope to develop further within community same-day care.
The post requires flexibility to work 8am–8pm across seven days, with part-time (minimum 30 hours) or full-time (37.5 hours) options. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
