Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager – Lead 2 Homes

Leicestershire County Council is recruiting a Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee two residential homes in Morecambe. You will lead the Residential Leadership Team, mentor two teams of carers, and ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding across both settings.
