Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking a Social Work Practice Supervisor to join the Help and Protection team. Working with the Team Manager, you will oversee casework and allocate families to Lead Practitioners, ensuring timely, needs-led assessments and support.
You will chair multi-agency meetings, support Team Around the Family, and contribute to safeguarding plans while promoting children’s views and wellbeing. Remedy Recruitment Group will support locum registration and development.
