Genomics England seeks a Genomic Data Scientist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join an agile, multidisciplinary team. You will analyze germline and somatic variants for cancer pipelines, creating reusable, high-quality code and applying statistical and ML methods.
You will work onsite at Canary Wharf 1 day per week, contribute to cross-functional analytics, and help advance precision medicine initiatives.
