Trades Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission & Growth

RG Setsquare, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking experienced 360 consultants for its Reading office. You will build relationships with candidates and clients, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, office-based in Reading with a three-day in-office requirement, uncapped commission, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, eye tests and gym membership, plus clear progression paths.
