Quality Analyst

We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst for a six-month contract based in Belfast.

Job Description

• Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
• Lead structured problem-solving initiatives (8D, RCCA) with key stakeholders
• Analyse root causes and implement effective, sustainable corrective actions
• Monitor progress to ensure actions are completed and deliver the expected results
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore and maintain operational stability

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• You have solid experience in problem solving within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• You are proficient in structured methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, and root cause analysis
• You are collaborative, proactive, and strongly results-oriented
• You are comfortable operating in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
