Job Description:
Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Fellow to join the Frailty team, supporting older adults in the Emergency Department and Frailty SDEC service.
The post holder will work with Specialty Doctors and Consultants in a multidisciplinary team, delivering CGA and facilitating safe discharge, with supervision and teaching duties for junior doctors.
