Trauma-Informed Mental Health Nurse – Care Coordinator

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Care Coordinator within the Haringey Community Rehabilitation Team. You will support service users with complex psychosis in 24-hour supported accommodation, managing a substantial caseload within a MDT.

You will join a supportive team and contribute to Trauma Informed Rehabilitation based recovery, focusing on independence and personalised care plans that reflect individual goals and aspirations.
