Financial Controller for Growth | Path to Finance Director

Distinct Recruitment is seeking a Financial Controller in Coalville to own the numbers, improve management reporting, and build a finance function as the business grows. You will report to the MD with support from an external fractional CFO and a small finance team.

The role offers hands-on ownership and a clear path toward Head of Finance / Finance Director over time. The role is based in Coalville, with up to £55,000 salary, pension, free parking, and flexible working options after probation.
