Grosvenor Talent Ltd is seeking a Financial Controller / Senior Finance Lead / Head of Finance for a full-time role in Shropshire. You will own the finance function, lead the team, manage month‑end, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and partner with leadership to drive commercial performance.
