Payments Business Analyst – Hybrid (28-35 hrs/wk)

Nationwide is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Payments team, shaping change initiatives and working with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements and improve processes. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with 28–35 hours per week, and regular attendance at the Swindon site approximately once per month.

If based at an office, you are expected to meet our hybrid working requirements with in-office presence two days a week or 40% of your time for part-time roles.
