Senior Land Acquisition Manager – Negotiation & Strategy

Churchill Living Ltd. is seeking an experienced Land Manager to lead the full lifecycle of land buying from opportunity identification to contract exchange. Based from our Warrington office, you will collaborate with Architects, Planners and Commercial teams to secure prime sites.

You will visit target towns, perform appraisals, prepare proposals and support junior team members while contributing to the Group’s land strategy and development goals.
