Strategic Housing Asset Manager

James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) is partnering with a leading supported housing organisation in Exeter to recruit a Strategic Asset Appraisal Manager on a permanent basis. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £51,000 – £56,000 per year and a defined start date subject to notice.

You will lead strategic appraisal of properties, estates and land, analyse performance data, and develop robust business cases for investment, regeneration and disposal.
