Education HR Lead: Strategy, Recruitment & ER

Farrer Barnes Ltd is recruiting a seasoned People Officer for an educational institution in West London. You will report to the Head and SLT, developing and implementing an HR strategy aligned with the school’s strategic plan, and lead on workforce planning, ER advice, and policy updates.

The role covers full recruitment cycle, payroll, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, restructuring and change management.
