Care Leavers Pathway Advisor — Social Work

Salford is recruiting a Leaving care Next Step Pathway Advisor within the Next Step Team. The role focuses on developing pathway plans for young people aged 16–25 and coordinating budgeting, accommodation, education and employment support.

The post is a qualified social work position with substantial experience in working with vulnerable young people. It offers a full-time 36-hour contract and salary from £36,363 to £47,665 depending on experience.
