People First is seeking a Mandarin speaking HR Specialist to join our team in London. The role offers a salary around £55k, with hybrid work (4 days on site, potentially 3 days in the office and 2 at home after settling in). Start ASAP and a permanent arrangement.
You will support the HR team across the employee journey, training delivery, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
