Arriva UK Train is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across UK Trains businesses, including TrainCare, ARTS, RTS Infrastructure and Grand Central. This hybrid role requires coordinating end-to-end hiring across diverse roles, with travel and occasional overnight stays.
You will manage requisitions in Workday, craft compelling adverts, screen candidates, and build strong talent pipelines. Rail experience is desirable but not essential.
