People Advisor — Employee Relations & HR Guidance

Carrington Wood in Plymouth is seeking a People Advisor to deliver professional HR guidance across the business. You will lead employee relations activities, support managers and senior stakeholders, and contribute to HR projects while upholding employment law and best practice.
