On-site Building Services Engineer (M&E)

BGIS is seeking a Static Building Services Engineer for our King’s Cross, London site. You will oversee routine PPMs on mechanical and electrical plant and handle reactive tasks, ensuring safe operations and timely completion.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, maintaining Maximo records, and enforcing Permit to Work, LOTO and H&S procedures. You will contribute to a safe, efficient building environment and uphold BGIS quality standards.
