Tax Advisory Assistant Manager — Hybrid, M&A & Restructuring

Interpath Advisory is seeking an Assistant Manager to support UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory. You will help with tax compliance, restructuring, and transaction tax support for a growing client base including M&A, refinancings, and corporate restructurings.

You will work with owner-managed and PE-backed groups, multinational organisations, delivering practical tax advice while developing relationships and mentoring junior team members.
