- Running a live retail store fit-out from start to handover over a 2-week programme.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site.
- Carrying out joinery works yourself: fixtures, counters, partitions, finishes and snagging.
- Keeping site safe, tidy and compliant: RAMS, permits, site induction and daily briefings.
- Reporting progress daily to the project manager, including photos and updates.
- Completing snagging and handover to programme.
What we’re looking for
A joinery background (time-served joiner or shopfitter preferred).
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor or Working Foreman on retail fit-out or shopfitting projects.
Experience working in live or customer-facing environments.
Organised, reliable and able to work to tight programmes.
Required tickets SMSTS (in date) CSCS card (Black or Gold) First Aid at Work
