Healthcare Facilities Manager — Budget & People Leader

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities services, including housekeeping and ward food services, across a zonal area. You will manage facilities teams, deliver projects within budgets and KPIs, and develop staff through coaching and appraisals.

You will be accountable for financial budgets, drive service improvements, and ensure safe, high-quality environments for patients, staff and visitors.
