Property Compliance Manager (Temp-to-Perm) – Damp & Awaab’s Law

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Compliance Manager for a busy housing team in Tunbridge Wells (Kent). The role leads on damp, mould and property hazards under Awaab’s Law and is offered on a temp-to-perm basis with full-time hours.

You will manage cases from report to resolution, supervise a small team, coordinate with repairs and surveying teams, monitor KPIs and provide clear resident guidance. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
