FCC Environment in Central Bedfordshire is seeking a Fleet & Compliance Manager to support the Contract Manager in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across the Bedford and Dunstable depots.

You’ll oversee daily fleet performance, monitor contracts, manage budgets and lead a frontline team to meet service standards while maintaining regulatory compliance. This full-time role offers 25 days leave, life insurance, a discretionary bonus scheme and ongoing training.
