Second-Shift Manufacturing Operations Leader

GE Aerospace is seeking a manufacturing leader for its Unison unit. You will oversee front-line hourly employees, coach staff, and collaborate with senior leaders across LPB, SPB and EB to ensure reliable production on the line.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years in manufacturing and leadership, 7 years in manufacturing and 3 years in leadership, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Shift 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; bonus eligibility discussed.
