Field-Based Hydraulics Business Developer

SER Limited is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow new business and expand our UK presence from Preston. The role focuses on proactive field sales across the UK, managing opportunities from prospecting to orders, and expanding existing accounts.

You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, arrange customer visits, and convert opportunities into profitable sales, with a realistic OTE of £55,000 on top of a £35,000 base.
