Bakery Food Safety & Quality Lead: Drive Compliance

Roberts Bakery 1887 Ltd is seeking a Lead QA for day-to-day food safety and quality verification across bakery operations. You will own internal audits, drive corrective actions and coach Operations to maintain high standards across bread and morning goods.

The role requires practical QA experience in food manufacturing, strong HACCP knowledge, and the ability to train colleagues while supporting certification and regulatory audits. Expect day-shift coverage with occasional night work as needed.
