Post-Completion Customer Experience Manager

Miller Homes is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead the post-completion customer journey in the South Midlands region, ideally near Bedford. You will inspect homes for quality, coordinate remedial works, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across Miller Homes sites.

The role requires a strong focus on customer interaction, familiarity with the New Homes Quality Code and NHBC guidelines, and the ability to manage challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
