Pre-Construction Design Lead for MoD Projects (Tidworth)

Thomas Search Ltd are working in partnership with a prestigious Ministry of Defence facilities contractor for the resource of a new Design Manager based in Tidworth.

Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, you will oversee the Pre-Construction process from feasibility to detailed design, coordinating with consultants and agencies to meet program and commercial objectives while ensuring CDM compliance.
