Project Manager, Asset & Major Works (Hybrid)

Delta Housing is seeking a Project Manager in its Asset Management team to deliver full project management and commissioning services for major works across Delta’s housing assets, from design to completion.

The role includes planning, monitoring, leading delivery, coordinating with external suppliers, and providing programme updates. The office may require early on-site presence, with a hybrid policy of 4 days on-site and 1 day in the office as needed.
