Area Service Manager, Engineering & Safety

KONE is seeking an Area Service Manager for the Heathrow team to oversee the day-to-day management of Lift and Escalator Engineers. The role is predominantly office-based, with a dayshift pattern (4 on, 4 off) and a focus on safe, reliable service delivery.

You will lead engineering teams, coordinate workloads, support performance and wellbeing, and ensure completion of jobs to high safety and quality standards in a busy environment.
