Allica Bank is seeking a Remote Customer Success Executive to drive market-ready products to established SMEs via outbound calls and emails. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, targeting SMEs with at least 12 months trading and £50k+ cash balances to benefit from savings rates.
The role requires strong remote sales capability, collaboration with growth, product, marketing and operations teams, and a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes and first impressions of Allica Bank.
