Deputy Technical Services Manager – Lead Repairs & Projects

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for a Depute Technical Services Manager in Stepps to lead the Property and Facilities team. This full-time role (35 hours) offers a salary of £46,000 per annum and a permanent contract.

You will manage repairs services, oversee multi-disciplinary teams and contractors, and drive improvements across whole project lifecycles including pre-contract development for new-builds and refurbishments.
