COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Bar Assistant General Manager or Bar Manager to lead the opening of a luxury hotel venue in Central London. You will drive guest experiences, oversee bar operations and build a high-performing team from day one.
You will set service standards, manage costs, contribute to sales through upselling, and work closely with the hotel team to deliver exceptional experiences. Previous luxury hospitality leadership is required.
