Private Dining Event Manager | Luxury Hospitality

Balthazar, Covent Garden, seeks a Private Dining Room Manager to oversee private events in the dining room. 3 months contract, 40 hours per week, Tue–Sat, with availability for Christmas and New Year, and a rate £21.60–£23.19 per hour based on NMW plus tronc.

You will coordinate with culinary and service teams, manage setups and breakdowns, handle client inquiries, and uphold exceptional hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment at Caprice’s iconic restaurant.
