Senior Practitioner, Adult Social Care – Locality Team (Flexible)

Herefordshire Council is recruiting a Senior Practitioner for Herefordshire Community Wellbeing in the South Locality, permanent, 37 hours per week. You will hold a small caseload and be supported to make evidence-based decisions within the locality management team.

Essential: Registered with Social Work England, a social work qualification, at least three years post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care, plus line management and supervision.
