At Creams Café, we’re looking for a commercially focused Brand Manager who understands that successful marketing isn’t just about creative campaigns—it’s about increasing guest visits, driving sales, growing market share, and delivering measurable business results.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll take ownership of national brand campaigns and local store marketing initiatives across our growing franchise network, ensuring every activity contributes to brand growth and commercial performance.
This role is ideal for someone who loves analysing performance, spotting opportunities, working closely with operational teams and franchise partners, and turning marketing activity into real revenue growth.
