Building & Fire Safety Officer

• Support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-managed housing portfolio. Working closely with the Building Safety and Compliance Manager, you will provide expert advice on building and fire safety, undertake inspections and audits, oversee safety-related projects, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• You will also play a key role in resident engagement, risk management and continuous improvement, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety across our properties.

• Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
