Job Description:
Cawdor Barracks is seeking a Catering Manager to lead a hands-on chef-led operation for up to 60 Service Personnel. You will manage a six-person team, support kitchen activities, and ensure high-quality meals while controlling labour costs and budgets.
You’ll drive compliance, audits, and administration across the site, maintain food safety standards, and build strong client relationships to meet contract requirements and deliver exceptional service.
