Children’s Team Manager – Families First Lead

Trafford council is seeking a Children’s Team Manager to join the Families first team. You will lead a service that works closely with children and families to offer them the right help at the right time, from the right professional, supporting a smooth transition to implementing Families First Reforms.

You will provide targeted support to children and families, work with multi-agency partners to deliver family plans and improve outcomes.
