Crazy Bear Stadhampton is seeking a Head Chef to oversee the full food operation, including English and Thai menus, la carte dining and event catering. You will combine the English and Thai kitchen teams to deliver seamless service and exceptional quality.
The role requires experience running both a la carte and large-scale wedding/event operations, with strong leadership and culinary leadership across multiple dining formats.
