Emberwood at the Francis Hotel Bath requires an experienced Sous Chef to join our welcoming kitchen team. Work in an open-plan setup with local, seasonal ingredients over open fire, as we embark on a multi‑million pound transformation.

The role is onsite in Bath with five shifts out of seven. Salary £38,700 basic plus approximately £6,000 Tronc, plus benefits including meals on duty and staff parking as part of the Sutton 1079 family.
