Strategic Public Sector Client Success Manager

Perkbox is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Public Sector team on a permanent basis. You will own client engagement end-to-end, building strong relationships and driving value for Public Sector clients in a hybrid London/Sheffield setting.

You will deliver onboarding and embeddings, lead business reviews, gather insights for Product and Marketing, and help ensure long-term product adoption with a data-driven approach.
