Highgate Care Services Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Cheadle Grange in Stockport, providing bank cover days and nights. You’ll work under the person in charge, maintain high standards of care, and ensure care plans are up to date in line with NMC guidelines.
You will support junior staff, liaise with health professionals, and carry out nursing duties including medications and care planning to deliver person-centred care for our residents.
