SFJ Awards, part of the Workforce Development Trust, seeks a Quality Assurance Officer in Sheffield with hybrid working. You will ensure quality and compliance across apprenticeship assessments, qualifications and non-regulated provision, maintaining CPD and managing Associates.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will coordinate resources, monitor deadlines, and uphold SFJ Awards policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service and regulatory support.
