Westlands is recruiting two band 3 healthcare assistants to join our established multi-disciplinary team in an 18-bed female inpatient mental health unit. One full time and one 24 hour part time role are available, with regular supervision and opportunities for development.
The successful candidates will provide compassionate care, support admission processes, and contribute to trauma-informed practice within a dedicated NHS Trust.
