The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an experienced medical secretary for a secondment to the Digital Change Team to support a major digital transformation programme moving from paper records to electronic patient records.
The post holder will bring knowledge of medical secretarial workflows to help ensure that new systems are safe, effective, and staff- and patient-centered. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage change sensitively.
