• Respondtooperationalenquiriesinatimely,politeandaccuratemanners;
• SupportTechnicalManagertoachievethetechnicalobjectivesandgoals.Keentohelpandcollaboratewithotherteammembers.
• Demonstrateknowledge,understandingandenthusiasmforcompany’sbusinessesandproductstoensuresmoothoperationsandcustomerssatisfaction.
• Maintainallaspectsofcoordinationtoahighstandard.
• Beabletocompletetaskswithinatighttime.
• EnsurecomplyingwithFSlegislationaswellascompanyPoliciesandSOP;
• Carryoutregularhousekeeping,aswellassiteinspections.
• FollowupallNCsraisedandcloseintimelymanor
• Workcloselyandcommunicatewellwithinternalteamstoensurehighstandardofoperationalactivitieshavemaintained;
• Coordinatewithcustomerscomplaintsandcarryoutinvestigationsforanyincidentswithrelatedoperationalteam(s)toprovidefindingsandresolveproblems;
• checkrecordsandformsinaregularbasis,reportprogressandfollowupanycorrectiveactionsforanymissinggaps.
• Coordinateproductionactivitieswhererelatedtotechnical/FSfunctions

• Polite,helpfulphonemanner,andcustomerfocusedindividual
