Field Care Supervisor — Lead Home Care Teams (Mon–Fri)

Avon Search is recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor on behalf of a domiciliary care provider. The role supports delivery of safe, person-centred in-home care and links between management, carers, clients and families.

The ideal candidate has domiciliary care experience, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Working hours are typically 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with part-time or full-time options.
