Young Foundations Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Residential Practitioner to provide overnight supervision and care for young people aged 16 to 25 in a registered children’s home. You will safeguard welfare, perform health and safety checks, and maintain accurate records while supporting care plans and risk assessments.
You will work as part of a supportive team, complete night-time duties, and participate in training and meetings as required.
